Gender Reveal Grant & Mutual Aid Programs

We are currently accepting applications for our 2025 grant program.

As usual, we are awarding several grants of up to $1000 for community / art / organizing projects led by trans people of color. We are specifically looking for projects that support trans folks, people of color, or other marginalized communities, and/or projects that foster exploration and celebration of gender diversity and trans lives. (Scroll down to see a complete history of past grant winners.)

This application is centered on a project proposal. While we are open to projects that are still in early planning stages, we tend to favor projects that are already in progress or ongoing indefinitely (such as mutual aid groups).

We accept applications from anywhere in the world. Collectives/groups are welcome to apply, as long as the majority of the group members are trans folks of color.

Applications must be received by 11:59 pm ET on October 31, 2025. Grant recipients will be chosen by a panel of trans judges of color. Winners will be announced by December 31, 2025. (Due to an extremely high volume of applications, you will likely not be contacted if you are not selected as a grant recipient.) Please send any questions or follow-ups through our contact form on this website.

Due to high levels of spam in previous years, we reserve the right to ask for additional verification if applications seem fraudulent or inauthentic in any way. We do not accept applications that are clearly written by ChatGPT.

This grant is funded entirely by donations and the Gender Reveal patreon. If you would like to sponsor an additional grant, please send a donation with "GR grant" in the memo line. Thank you!!!
